Black Storm will be the first truly crypto-friendly European fund dedicated to innovative and frontier companies in the driving sectors with high added value.
Its primary target is financial raising to support innovative Italian and international companies and the group's operations.
20% of the bank fund is allocated for a total of 10,000 shares of 10,000 USD each equal to 0.002% of the shareholding.
The collection target is 100,000,000 USD
Subscribers will benefit from a 10% profit before EBIT and before the distribution of corporate profits.
Pending completion of the collection, the quota equivalent will be used to purchase gold in order to guarantee coverage for subscribers.
