Marpas Ghana LLC (Somaliland Branch) is a trading company operating in the field of African raw gold.
The company buys gold with a price discount of 15% on the London LMBA fixing and resells it to leading European smelters with a 4% discount delivered Europe any place with an expected profit margin of 9% for each subsequent purchase and resale rotation with the continuous reinvestment of increased profits. The maximum purchases are equal to 50 kg of gold at 22Kt per month based on the availability of the product offered by the contracted miners.
The collection target for trading operations amounts to 1,000,000 USD through 100 shares of 10,000. The subscriber is assigned company shares equal to 20% of the shares (0.2% per share).
